Trump Condemns Riot at U.S. Capitol, Press Secretary Says

Jan.07 — White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said President Donald Trump and his aides condemn rioters who stormed the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday. McEnany read a brief statement to reporters, and took no questions. The president hasn’t personally condemned the mob’s actions and hasn’t been seen in public or heard from since posting a video urging his supporters who invaded the Capitol to "go home."
