The Commission on Presidential Debates announced on Thursday their decision to move the second Presidential Debate, between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, to a virtual town hall format due to Donald Trump’s COVID-19 diagnosis and continuing convalescence. But moments after the press release went out, Donald Trump did an interview on Fox Business saying that he would not take part if the debate became a virtual event.

What did we learn from the Vice Presidential Debate? California Senator Kamala Harris and Vice President Mike Pence took the stage on Wednesday for a more substantive discussion on many issues, but there were still some interruptions in the process. USA TODAY’s own Susan Page moderated the debate, and we hear a little bit from her about her attempts to crack down but keep the conversation focused on what voters are interested in.
