Puerto Rico Gov. Says Pension Cuts Shouldn’t Be Part of Restructuring Plan

Mar.02 — Puerto Rico’s nearly four-year bankruptcy took a step forward as it reached a tentative deal with creditors to reduce the $18.8 billion of debt backed by the central government. But Governor Pedro Pierluisi says pension cuts should be off limits. He speaks on "Bloomberg Markets."
