Sunak Sees `Resilience’ Amid Worst U.K. Recession Since 1709

Feb.12 — Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak says the U.K. economy is showing "signs of resilience" after growing at double the pace expected in the fourth quarter, a surprising surge at the end of a year which delivered Britain’s worst recession since 1709.
