BOE’s Carney Says Lack of U.S. Climate Engagement Is Difficult

Jan.22 — Bank of England Governor Mark Carney talks with Bloomberg Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, about green finance and U.S. climate policy. Carney steps down in March to become an adviser to U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson for the COP26 United Nations conference and is also due to become a UN special envoy on climate action.
